Described as marrying a cousin as his first wife. Remarried up on her death.

Mr Eyman moved to Hancock County in 1856 to a farm two miles north of West POint. He joined the Dunkard Church early in life and remained a faithfulmember until 1888, when he joined the West Point Christian Church. He attended regularly until hi s death.
