David Jones has Daniel married to Lavina Holcomb.

From a son's marriage records, this couple went from St. Clair to Bates Co., MO or Adair Co. before the Civil War, where Laninia died. Daniel, Jr. returned on horseback with his young son, then about two years old. He is thought by this account t o have married (2) Mary Jane Eakin of Fayette Co., daughter of Samueel Eakin and Eleanor Allen. She was born December 1830 and died 1910. they are buyried at teh Maxey Cem. in Bond Co.
