A Jacob Jr. born before 1849 married a Mary Ellen Lewis. Unknown parents of this Jacob Jr. who died in 1897 and was reported to be 73 years old as reported by his son, Jacob.

A Jacob Eyman Jr. was noted in 1850 Census with Mary and one child, Mary C.

In 1880 census, the same family seems to be headed by a Jacob now called "Sr.".

Also in the house 1850 were Nimrod Lewis (1826) and Samuel 1837

Timothy has this Jacob born 1825, died 1897. He has an intervening Jacob W, father of James.. born 1825, died 1897. See email for Hardy.
