Death: Charles had been an inpatient at the Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser, Mineral Co., WV, for approximately 1 week prior to his death. He had been in a coma for most of that time. He was hooked up to a respirator and other life-sustaining m achines. When he died, his wife - Jessie, his son - Dink and his daughter-in-law - Ruth were in the room with him. His grandchildren, Kim and Lawrence, Jr., were in the waiting room.

Will Book No. 15, Office of the Clerk of the Co. Commission, Keyser, Mineral Co., WV, page 154 (text): I, Charles Franklin Tuel, of Elk Garden, Mineral Co. and State of WV make this my last will and testament hereby "revoke" all former "Will" mad e by me and direct the payments of my just Debts. I give to my wife, Jessie V. Tuel, all of myu real estate and personal property as long as she lives and at her "deth" it is to be divided between my "to" sons, Charles J. Tuel and Lawrence E.
